About the Role:
"We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Bright Horizons Children's Centers. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing BI, Analytics, & Big Data solutions that provide high-value, timely analytics to customers. You will serve as the technical expert responsible for verifying requirements, defining technical architecture, developing implementation plans, and providing thought leadership for all data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
"• Design, develop, and implement robust and extensible ETL solutions to support data warehouse integrations and transformations using CDI/CAI services on IICS platform, UNIX/PowerShell
"• Partner with business and subject matter experts to identify, document & design based on the business requirements, functional specs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions
"• Understand the Software Development Lifecycle and ability to apply the SDLC to existing and future development initiatives

Requirements:
"• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field experience required
"• 8+ years Data Warehouse/Data Lake Architecture and Development
"• 5+ years Data Modeling & Architecture
"• 8+ years of experience with any ETL Integration tools like IICS, Informatica PowerCenter etc.,
"• In-depth knowledge of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
