- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership standards.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience desired.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications for customer management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, and move around the dealership and customer test drives.
The Sales Consultant will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, colleagues, and management. The position requires regular and predictable attendance, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The Sales Consultant will be exposed to various work environments and required to perform a variety of tasks, including standing, walking, and moving around the dealership and customer test drives.
