Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Group Facilitator to join our treatment team in Pompano Beach, FL. As a key member of our Clinical team, you will play a pivotal role in serving individuals with primary substance use or mental-health disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct groups and assist the primary Therapist in managing patient caseloads.
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and provide support for various patient care activities under the guidance of the attending Clinical Director(s).
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews and demonstrate adequate preparation and understanding of patient issues, progress, areas of resistance, positive and negative strategies, etc.
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner and maintain clinical records according to program policies and those of licensing and accrediting agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field.
  • Registered Intern in FL and/or in pursuit of clinical licensure.
  • Work experience in the field of behavioral/mental health, preferred but not required.
