We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Facility Sales Specialist to join our team at Aramark Uniform Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the facilities services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Successfully pass background checks and drug screens
- Sales or customer service experience, or completion of a college degree within the last 18 months, or military service
- Business-to-business outside sales experience preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with customer relationship management systems a plus
- Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure
