About the Role

As a Facility Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our facility services to businesses, including restroom supplies, floor mats, towels, masks, and first aid solutions. You will work independently to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively present our products and services to clients, overcome objections, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facilities services market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client sites
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients
  • Overcome objections and close deals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successfully pass Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks
  • Sales or customer service experience; or completion of a college degree within the last 18 months; or military service
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems (CRM)
