Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sous chef or kitchen manager.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Formal culinary training or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and participate in budget planning.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
