Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at IES - Residential. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and management of our warehouse to support construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate operational activities with residential service and dispatch to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
  • Monitor the unloading of deliveries in the warehouse and ensure materials are staged for counting and inspection.
  • Plan schedules and direct all material activities in the warehouse and between satellite warehouses.
  • Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program for tools and equipment.
  • Operate fork lift, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment common to warehouse operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems to identify cost centers that can be reduced and/or eliminated.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage a team and coordinate operational activities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Accurate counting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
