We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Receptionist/Patient Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include handling front office functions, maintaining a full schedule, and ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone Management: Answer multiple phone lines, respond to calls in a timely and professional manner, and ensure that all messages are relayed to the appropriate staff member.">
  • Patient Greeting: Welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression of our practice.">
  • Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage and scan relevant documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records.">
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments efficiently, taking into account patient preferences and availability.">
  • Treatment Plans: Present treatment plans to patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.">
  • Payments: Collect payments from patients, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.">
  • Patient Records: Update patient records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.">
