Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering, and applications development teams to resolve technical issues.
- Training and Development: Maintain currency and high level of technical skill in field of expertise.
- Education: Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Current DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level I (e.g., A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security certifications).
- Skills: Strong analytical and follow-through skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to coordinate and get cooperation from multiple areas within IT.
- Experience: Experience supporting Windows 10, MS Office 2013, and Remedy or similar ticketing systems.
- Certifications: Experience maintaining Xerox, Lexmark, HP, or Ricoh printer devices.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience working in a DoD environment.
- Work Environment: Professional office environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform duties for extended periods of time, use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet demands of position.
Secret clearance required.
