Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize designated work instructions and guidelines to perform critical and routine tasks.
  • Retrieve documents and data from authorized databases to execute routine tasks, including data entry, validation, corrections, and documentation of findings.
  • Accurately enter all relevant information into multiple eligibility and tracking systems.
  • Adhere to extensive work instructions and departmental procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Assess whether an image necessitates rescheduling an appointment.
  • Meet individual and unit performance metrics as defined by management.
  • Complete job-related and industry-specific training as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
  • Review and address discrepancies in received data, seeking clarification and effectively communicating with the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties.
Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Capable of handling assignments that are semi-routine but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from established practices.
  • Communicates complex information effectively, using job experience to anticipate and proactively address related inquiries.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Office experience preferred
  • Must be able to work onsite during equipment training for half a day and complete classroom and on-the-job training without interruptions.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Reliable, high-speed internet service
  • Services that connect via a cellular network (mobile hotspot, fixed wireless, etc.) or satellite are incompatible
  • Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds
  • Must be a traditional, wired high-speed connection such as cable or fiber
  • Must be able to connect your computer directly to your modem or router via ethernet cable; Wi-Fi connections are not permitted

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.

Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
