Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase energy awareness
  • Generate, close, and follow up on sales leads, managing relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Track and report on sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the green energy industry or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Initiative and self-motivation, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Relentless pursuit of sales goals, with a focus on results-driven performance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
