**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Assistant to support our team at Medicalincs. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage meeting schedules, and assist with HR activities as needed.

  • Manage company online faxing and handle administrative & program-related mailings.
  • Greet and screen callers and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person or area.
  • Organize, reserve, and oversee conference room assignments and handle supplies and the delivery of company equipment.
  • Facilitate Employee Email, Laptop, and Access, and may also handle administrative functions of the human resources department.
  • Support with social media platforms monitoring and serve as key project support for small-sized projects.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; preferably healthcare.
  • Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or Administrator.
  • Knowledge & Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a people person.
  • Very responsive & good problem-solving abilities.
