Job Summary:

CLevelCrossing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and managing the financial affairs of the company, including budgeting, accounting, payroll, purchasing, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employees.
  • Develop and implement purchasing and procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the leadership team, ensuring informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
