Nurse Care Coordinator

Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a dedicated member of the healthcare community.
Estimated Salary Range: $34.52 - $58.40 per hour
About This RoleThis dynamic position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives by providing exceptional care and support. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for advocating for patients and utilizing the nursing process to deliver holistic care along the health continuum.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior related nursing experience is preferred, but not required.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.
- Licensed in the State of Vermont.
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
- Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) per specific department operational framework.
- Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Moderate knowledge of basic computer skills.
