Nurse Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will advocate for patients, utilizing the nursing process to provide holistic care. This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based knowledge. The RN will partner with patients, families, and care teams to achieve optimal outcomes, recognizing each individual's integral role in patient care.
The RN will be knowledgeable about the professional scope of practice and ANA nurse practice standards, meeting these standards legally, professionally, and ethically. With flexibility and autonomy, the RN will make care decisions based on patient condition, reassessing and prioritizing as needed.
Requirements- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Prior related nursing experience is an asset
- Licensed in the State of Vermont
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through American Heart Association
- Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) per departmental framework
- Endorsed patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program certification based on unit guidelines
- Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills
- Intermediate computer skills
$34.52 - $58.40 per hour
