About the Role:

The primary responsibilities of a Sales Specialist are to achieve sales and customer service objectives while adhering to operational asset protection standards. This includes:

  • Meeting monthly and annual individual sales goals while working as part of a team to achieve collective targets.
  • Organizing and prioritizing the selling floor to support sales efforts and overall client experience.
  • Ensuring all items are stocked at all times and maintaining selling floor standards, including straightening, filling in, and replenishing new receipts.
  • Providing assistance with inventory preparation and processing transactions, including receipts, CRM files, and after-sales service.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times.
  • Complying with asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, and key control.
  • Providing high levels of service to clients, including prompt and friendly greetings, assistance with wrapping and packaging, and answering questions.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong relationship development and communication skills.
  • Even-tempered and able to continuously multitask.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and open availability to accommodate business needs.
  • Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
