Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads for potential clients in the luxury market
  • Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge and skills in the real estate industry
  • Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer's agent
  • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition
  • Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives
  • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients
  • Utilize a CRM system to maintain precise and current customer information for agents
  • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments

Qualifications:

  • A valid Real Estate License or active pursuit of obtaining one
  • Previous sales experience in the real estate industry
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with clients successfully
  • A valid Driver's License
