Job Summary

As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Marriott International, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative needs of our hotels. This position involves working across departments to provide administrative support, serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, and act as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to hotel teams, including preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software

Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Act as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients, coordinating event logistics and ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire hotel

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as marketing, sales, or customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
