Job Description: As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Your key responsibilities will include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries and requests, and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for hotel services and amenities
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
  • Process reservations and manage room assignments efficiently


Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in guest relations or the hotel industry, multilingual skills, and knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality management. Familiarity with night audit procedures and proficiency in operating phone systems are also essential. Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail are must-haves for this position.
