Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Verifying guest information, assigning room keys, and providing additional assistance as needed.
  • Managing front desk operations, including reviewing accounts and charges with guests.
  • Collaborating with the housekeeping department to coordinate room status updates.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.

Salary Range

The hourly rate range for this position is $20.14 - $21.50.
