Job Description

The Guest Experience Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service during their stay at the Embassy Suites LAX North - Los Angeles, CA. This includes managing guest bookings, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and inform guests about hotel amenities
  • Process registrations and checkouts accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with precision
  • Ensure a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent education required
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $43,200 - $48,960 per annum
