Guest Experience Representative

In this exciting role as a Guest Experience Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their dining experience, making sure they feel welcome and valued.
At Olive Garden, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, and as a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our high standards are met. You will be responsible for guiding guests to their tables, presenting them with clean menus, and offering suggestions to enhance their dining experience. Your genuine enthusiasm and commitment to delivering outstanding service will make our guests return to Olive Garden time and time again.
A Day in the Life:
• Greet guests warmly and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience
• Guide guests to their tables and present them with clean menus
• Offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience
• Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
Your Benefits:
