Key Responsibilities

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and margin expansion by managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the metal components and products industry.

Primary Objectives
  • Meet or exceed sales revenue and margin targets
  • Identify and pursue new leads and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility and market competitiveness
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with key customers
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and expansion
  • Utilize market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitor activity
  • Travel required up to 60% of the time to engage with customers and partners
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development
  • Proven track record of success in developing new clients and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering principles
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
