Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, also known as an Agent Experience Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients from the moment they engage with Compass. Your role will encompass managing their accounts and ensuring they receive comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee a portfolio of high-touch clients, serving as their main contact for inquiries and concerns through various communication channels.
2. Encourage the utilization of Compass technology and services by offering personalized assistance, strategic insights, and group training sessions.
3. Provide vital marketing support by addressing inquiries, creating marketing materials from templates, and coordinating with marketing specialists for complex requests.
4. Collaborate with the Onboarding team to strategize and manage the integration of new clients into Compass.
5. Assist with ongoing initiatives such as new office launches and national projects.
6. Work in partnership with other departments to relay client feedback and inquiries effectively.
7. Mentor Agent Experience Coordinators by providing guidance and managing escalations.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations.
- Familiarity with live or virtual training environments is advantageous.
- Experience with enterprise technology platforms is a plus.
- A strong commitment to supporting agents in their business growth.
- Ability to build credibility with key decision-makers.
- Excellent listening skills and empathy towards client challenges.
- A passion for fostering community and engagement within the workplace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills and relationship management capabilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Creative writing skills and an eye for design.
- Ability to work in the office during standard hours.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this role ranges from $20 to $29.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may include bonuses, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
