Position Overview:


Harrisonburg Honda, a prominent automotive dealership in Harrisonburg, Virginia, is on the lookout for a full-time Automotive Marketing and Photography Coordinator to enhance our vibrant marketing team.

This role involves taking exceptional photographs of our vehicle inventory and supporting the execution of diverse marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for detail, strong photography capabilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for the automotive sector.


Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly role offering a competitive wage ranging from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, with biweekly payments.
Additionally, our organization provides a robust benefits package that includes healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ photography expertise to capture high-quality images of both new and pre-owned vehicles for online listings
  • Edit and refine images using Adobe Photoshop or similar editing tools
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all inventory is photographed and accurately listed in a timely manner
  • Assist in managing and refreshing the dealership's social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Develop engaging and visually appealing content for social media and other marketing channels
  • Aid in organizing and executing dealership events, promotions, and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and offer suggestions for enhancements
  • Work alongside other team members and departments to maintain consistency and brand integrity across all marketing efforts
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes to contribute to the formulation of new marketing strategies
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager or dealership leadership

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or other image editing software
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing business accounts
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings for events or campaigns
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
