OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Operations Specialist will take on the key role of coordinating the marketing strategy and managing both internal and external communications for InterChange Group Inc.

REPORTS TO:
Sales Manager

WORK HOURS:
Monday-Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
The Marketing Operations Specialist should be prepared to occasionally work beyond standard hours and travel for relevant events and training opportunities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for executing the marketing strategy to enhance the company's brand and promote business/community initiatives. Collaborate with departmental leaders to create and oversee a marketing budget. Take charge of the company's digital presence, including websites and social media, ensuring that data is up-to-date and content remains relevant. Work with management to establish the frequency and types of updates required. Develop marketing materials for the Sales Team, ensuring a consistent message and appearance across all business offerings (3PL (cold/dry), lease, transportation). Coordinate the creation and placement of print and digital advertisements. Collaborate with executive and sales management to identify the most effective platforms for engagement. Oversee and create content for external communications. Partner with Human Resources and other departments to develop and disseminate internal communications. Manage the development and procurement of promotional materials, setting a budget in conjunction with department management. Assist the sales team in planning and supporting site visits for existing and prospective customers.

Work alongside departmental managers and company leadership to plan and execute events for both internal and external audiences.

Provide support for communications directed at lease customers. Participate in weekly sales meetings and other internal meetings as assigned. Train to provide backup support for sales team members.

Act as a primary contact for news and trade publications, vendors of promotional materials, website administrators, and other relevant organizations.

Cultivate and maintain productive and professional relationships with all internal and external parties.

In all actions and decisions, adhere to the standards and expectations outlined in the Corporate Keystones document.

Additional sales and marketing-related duties may be assigned.

PRIOR WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
A minimum of two years of proven marketing experience. A portfolio showcasing relevant design materials. Understanding of website design for optimal performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organized and methodical approach to tasks. Proficient in publishing and design software. Flexible and adaptable to changes in schedules and responsibilities. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Open to additional training and education as deemed necessary. Willingness to travel occasionally for company-related purposes.
