About the Opportunity

The Alaska Club is currently hiring a Youth Activities Coordinator for our Fairbanks South location. As a Youth Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing engaging activities for children aged 5-12.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or parents seeking part-time work. Potential opportunity for additional hours as a Swim Instructor or Lifeguard.

Estimated Salary: $18-$22 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute engaging activities for children aged 5-12.
  • Supervise and account for kids during activities.
  • Ensure the safety of all camp kids.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior experience working with children.
  • Ability to multi-task and lead group activities.
Working Conditions
  • Standing and moving to facilitate activities.
