Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized support to students, focusing on their strengths and areas of need.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
  • Engaging with students in various activities, such as homework help, sports, and arts and crafts.

Requirements:

  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to their success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
