Key Role in Branch Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Branch Banking team as a Strategic Financial Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial solutions, and promoting the growth of our banking services.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in customer service, sales, and relationship management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with other specialists to connect clients with experts who can help meet their financial needs, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

  • You will proactively identify new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships through regular outreach and meetings with clients.
  • You will engage clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them, addressing any concerns or issues, and understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • You will open new accounts, communicate with clients to recognize cross-selling opportunities, and assist with mortgage, consumer loan, and credit card functions as needed, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
  • You will champion our Northwest culture experience by delivering exceptional customer service, proactively and reactively, both in person, over the phone, and through email communications.

You will utilize knowledge of Northwest technology to educate and assist clients on the usage of self-service options, such as the Northwest Mobile App, Northwest.com, and ATMs, to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.

You will complete educational training as assigned and self-educate using bank-designed programs and applications.

You will participate in and occasionally facilitate morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

You will comply with all Northwest policies and procedures, including acting professionally, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of our clients and the Bank.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
