About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Professional to join our team at Northwest LLC. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with clients in a consultative approach.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships through outreach and pre-planned appointments
  • Engage customers by welcoming them into the branch, resolving issues or concerns, and understanding their financial wellness goals
  • Open new accounts and communicate with customers to recognize cross-selling opportunities and assist with mortgage, consumer loan, and credit card functions
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and champion financial wellness by utilizing Northwest technology and educational training
  • Collaborate with other specialists to connect customers to experts who can help with their needs
Requirements:
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships among team members and participate in solving problems and making decisions
  • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience
  • Ability to actively listen to what others are saying to achieve understanding and facilitate open exchange of ideas and information
  • Ability to make right decisions based on perceptive and analytical processes
