Job Summary

The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and increasing access and satisfaction. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research, scientific evidence, and best practices in healthcare.
  • Demonstrate progressive leadership and effective management skills.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals.

Requirements

">
  • MSN or Master's degree from an accredited PA educational program.
  • Current RN license in Ohio and NP or PA certification in Ohio.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and computer systems.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
