About the JobThe Staff Nurse PRN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to promote optimal patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and maintain open communication channels throughout the treatment process.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. A strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology is also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs through systematic data collection and ongoing evaluation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on determined nursing diagnoses and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current registered nurse license in the state where the facility is located
- Minimum of three years' experience as a staff nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting

Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
