Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Front Desk Specialist to join our team at Cadre Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical/clinical front desk environment and be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and checking all patients in and out
- Performing tasks related to patient processing
- Weekly chart review of missed appointments
- Preparing weekly audit reports of missed appointments
- Answering incoming phone calls and making outgoing calls to confirm scheduled appointments and/or reschedule appointments
- Maintaining logs for recalls
