About the Role:

Enavate is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to lead marketing and demand generation efforts focused on our Cloud solutions. This position will be responsible for setting the direction, leading the strategy and executing marketing campaigns that promote our offerings and generate leads for our Dynamics 365 and Azure migration solutions. This position requires the ability to develop messaging across horizontal, industry and specific market segments. The Marketing Manager will work with cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies, campaign development, messaging, and lead development. The successful candidate will have strong experience building and executing marketing plans and driving solution strategy for technology products and Cloud solutions.

Your day will consist of:

  • Defining and Executing Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Cloud solutions, including value statements, strategic positioning, target customer definition, core message and campaign development.
  • Developing and Executing Marketing Plans: Develop and execute a marketing plan that focuses on demand generation and brand building.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to define messaging, target markets; and drive those teams to execute key campaign strategies/tactics and deliverables.
  • Creating Cloud-Related Content: Define, create and maintain Cloud-related content for print, web, and multimedia marketing materials.
  • Optimizing Lead Conversion Rates: Work with lead development team to ensure optimal lead conversion rates.
  • Analyzing Return on Investment: Analyze Return on Investment and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize future programs based on the data for improved performance.
  • Planning and Executing Marketing Events: Plan and execute marketing events, and support sales enablement initiatives.
  • Driving Regular Communications: Drive regular communications to track status and measurement.
  • Collaborating with Digital Marketing Teams: Collaborate with Enavate digital marketing team on our SEO and PPC strategies for Cloud solutions, with the goal of improving our rankings and ROI from both organic and paid search.
  • Managing External Agencies: Work with and manage external agencies.

Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:

  • 7+ years experience in technology and B2B marketing.
  • Expertise in Cloud or Infrastructure marketing (ex: Dynamics 365, Azure, NetSuite, SaaS, IaaS, Office 365, SharePoint).
  • Strong B2B marketing skills including campaign development, online strategy and content development.
  • Experience in running a portfolio of quality lead generation and brand building programs with particular emphasis in online marketing programs. Experience must include: email and database marketing, online advertising, online lead generation, SEO, web optimization and event management, etc.
  • Writing and copy-editing skills important - particularly as it relates to email and web copy.
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines.
  • BA or BS degree.
  • Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments and team members.
