Position: Full-Time Technical Content Strategist

Role Summary: We are in search of a skilled Technical Content Strategist to manage the production, development, and integration of technical materials. This position demands a unique combination of technical expertise and outstanding writing capabilities to convert intricate technical ideas into straightforward, engaging, and user-friendly content. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and motion graphic artists to ensure all materials are consistent with our brand and cater to our audience's needs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the creation and development of content.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to collect technical insights and information.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure content alignment, high-quality standards, and audience engagement.
  • Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Establish and uphold quality standards for technical materials.
  • Maintain an organized content library for easy access to all materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality written content.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
