Role Summary:

Enavate is in search of an energetic marketing expert to spearhead marketing and demand generation initiatives centered around our Cloud solutions. This role entails establishing direction, leading strategic initiatives, and executing marketing campaigns that highlight our offerings while generating leads for our Dynamics 365 and Azure migration services. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to craft messaging tailored to various market segments, including horizontal and industry-specific audiences. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement go-to-market strategies, campaign creation, messaging, and lead generation efforts. A successful candidate will have substantial experience in formulating and executing marketing plans and driving solution strategies for technology products and Cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement go-to-market strategies for Cloud solutions, including value propositions, strategic positioning, target customer identification, core messaging, and campaign development.
  • Create and execute a marketing strategy focused on demand generation and brand enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define messaging and target markets, guiding them to execute essential campaign strategies, tactics, and deliverables.
  • Develop, create, and maintain Cloud-related content for various marketing channels, including print, web, and multimedia.
  • Partner with the lead development team to ensure optimal lead conversion rates.
  • Evaluate Return on Investment and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing future initiatives based on data for enhanced performance.
  • Plan and manage marketing events while supporting sales enablement efforts.
  • Facilitate regular communications to monitor progress and metrics.
  • Collaborate with Enavate's digital marketing team on SEO and PPC strategies for Cloud solutions, aiming to enhance our rankings and ROI from both organic and paid search.
  • Engage with and oversee external agencies.

Qualifications for Success:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology and B2B marketing.
  • Expertise in Cloud or Infrastructure marketing (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure, NetSuite, SaaS, IaaS, Office 365, SharePoint).
  • Strong B2B marketing skills, including campaign development, online strategy, and content creation.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of effective lead generation and brand-building programs, particularly in online marketing initiatives, including email and database marketing, online advertising, lead generation, SEO, web optimization, and event management.
  • Proficient writing and copy-editing skills, especially for email and web content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A collaborative team player with the confidence to lead and guide other departments and team members.

  • Office-based setting.
