As a key member of the Personal Lines Marketing team at Baldwin Risk Partners, the Director, Personal Insurance Campaigns Strategist plays a crucial role in creating and launching multi-channel campaigns that drive business growth. This individual works closely with the team and key stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that target Personal Insurance products, including Auto, Home, Flood, Boat, Motorcycle, Medicare, and Healthcare.
- Develops and implements multi-channel campaigns to promote Personal Insurance products and agent recruiting, leveraging expertise in Paid Media, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Collaborates with the Marketing team to ideate and launch digital campaigns across Google, Bing, and social channels, ensuring optimal campaign performance and ROI.
- Provides weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, analyzing data to inform future campaign strategies and optimize spend.
- Manages day-to-day account activities, including campaign spend optimization, audience creation, and budget management, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Works closely with design and content teams to develop creative assets for campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stays up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM and social media, applying this knowledge to drive campaign innovation and improvement.
- Leads Medicare Sales Manager Grass Roots Marketing Meetings, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth.
- Conducts ongoing keyword research and expansion to inform campaign development and optimize campaign performance.
- Evaluates market opportunities to refine campaign strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
- Researches and analyzes competitor advertising to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Assists in the creation of Medicare sales and retail broker sales contests and awards, promoting a culture of excellence and recognition.
- Makes national campaign creatives available within the asset management system, ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimization.
- Performs additional duties as needed to support the evolution of the business.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in multi-channel campaign development and execution, with a focus on Paid Media and social media advertising.
- Expertise in SEM and social media campaign management, with a strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform campaign strategies.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver and develop compelling presentations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment, collaborating with teams to drive business growth.
- Working knowledge of asset management tools for sales content distribution, ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimization.
