Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Greeting and Check-In: Welcome guests warmly, using their names whenever possible, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address guest complaints and concerns with a personalized solution, ensuring timely resolution and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Front Office Standards: Adhere to our Front Office Standard Operating Policies and Procedures in all interactions, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Reception Desk Presence: Maintain a visible presence on the Reception Desk throughout your shift, providing exceptional service and support to our guests.

Requirements:
  • Hospitality Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible with working hours.
  • Guest Focus: Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Task Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • OPERATE Experience: Previous experience with OPERA required.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to use various computer software.
