Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to the front desk team, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and monitor front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Welcome guests and assign rooms, providing information on hotel amenities and services
  • Work closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and fully-furnished
  • Coordinate with guest services agents to handle guest luggage and resolve issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree in a related field preferred
  • 1 year of management experience preferred
  • 3 years of front desk experience preferred
Work Environment

The Front Desk Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, requiring the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Regularly, the position will involve standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods, as well as working in adverse conditions.
