Limelight Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and monitor front desk staff to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, assign rooms, and provide information about the hotel, amenities, and services
  • Work closely with the guest services team to coordinate luggage handling and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree in a related field preferred
  • 1 year of management experience preferred
  • 3 years of front desk experience preferred
