Data Problem-Solving Expertise

Tecton Corporation is seeking an experienced Data Problem-Solving Expert to join our team as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will work closely with account executives to qualify and guide opportunities through a successful technical win.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with account executives to identify and qualify mutually successful opportunities;
  2. Develop and lead the technical strategy of an account from prospect to deal closure, ensuring a path to implementation success;
  3. Tailor customer presentations, demos, and managed trials to meet customer requirements;
  4. Proactively identify potential blockers and develop alternate paths to a solution;
  5. Nurture relationships and build technical champions within accounts;
  6. Contribute to driving product feedback and influence future product development.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting, focusing on complex solution sales of mission-critical data systems. You will have a deep understanding of data and ML tooling, workflows, and trends in an enterprise setting. Proficiency in Python, Spark, and/or SQL, with experience developing ETL applications, is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort in objection handling, are essential. Experience with AWS, Databricks, and/or Snowflake is a plus.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $195,000 - $302,000. This role is eligible to participate in Tecton's Commission Plan, with an estimated total on-target annual earnings of $195,000 - $302,000.
