Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to understand customer requirements and design technical solutions that maximize value.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the technical elements of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Understand complex technical requirements and translate them into compelling solution-driven proposals
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our solutions meet clients' needs
  • Deliver webinars and represent CoreView at marketing events
  • Deliver proof of value exercises that clearly articulate technical and business value to prospective customers
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and provide support as needed to ensure their success in the sale and/or implementation of our solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with our SaaS offerings' latest features and capabilities and ensure a deep understanding of how they benefit clients
  • Contribute to RFP responses by providing detailed technical content and ensuring alignment with client specifications
  • Collaborate with the sales team to estimate the costs associated with implementing our solution
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and provide insight into how our solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, and value
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Ability to create and configure Microsoft 365 tenants and Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
  • Good knowledge of Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with on-premises environments implemented through different topologies of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Solutions Architect in a sales or pre-sales role in the SaaS industry
  • Strong technical expertise
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical people
  • Proven experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to clients
  • Experience of selling MSP-focused solutions
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
