Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Quality Support Coordinator to join our team at Services & Supports. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality residential services to individuals with disabilities, while maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on client information, reviewing contact notes for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Maintain and update client databases with current information on client goals, demographics, and contacts.
  • Distribute client financial summaries securely to team members as appropriate.
  • Participate in department and staff meetings, taking action on assigned items and tracking staff training.
  • Assist in ensuring the delivery of residential services adheres to service standards and regulations.
  • Provide on-call support for the Community Services department as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical knowledge in residential habilitation services, waiver/funding guidelines, and client databases.
  • Attention to detail, quality assurance, and ability to analyze and manage procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate high customer/client service and response.
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, rehabilitation, psychology, or related major.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in residential services.
