Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in serving individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities in their homes and communities. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of individuals, ensuring the creation of individualized outcome tracking programs that promote their desired life outcomes.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to discuss service optimization and individual outcomes.
- Supervising, supporting, training, and developing DSPs.
- Ensuring services align with standards set forth by the Council of Quality and Leadership (CQL).
- Fostering and encouraging natural supports for all individuals receiving services.
- Advocating for individuals' rights and ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Who We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the human services field is preferred.
- Experience working with the Medicaid Waiver is preferred.
- Willingness to drive to and throughout the greater Indianapolis area.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the individuals.
- The ability to collaborate with local agencies and co-workers.
- Professionalism, including the ability to build rapport, collaborate, and handle difficult situations with the team and family.
- Have an acceptable driving record and valid auto insurance coverage.
