Administrative Coordinator

A-OX Welding Supply Co. Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our management team in Sioux Falls, SD.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage and coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with invoicing, filing, and data entry, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing, as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment, with excellent time management skills.
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, but not required.
