About the Role:

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, including data entry, clerical tasks, and other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the operations team with various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of operations experience.
  • Computer literacy, typing, and 10-key experience.
  • High School Diploma.
