Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage employee schedules to maintain optimal service levels.

  • Conduct audits of employment and payroll records to ensure compliance.
  • Emphasize the importance of guest satisfaction to management consistently.
  • Handle escalated guest complaints respectfully and take corrective measures when required.

  • Approve compensation for employees and managers within company guidelines.
  • Prepare operational reports for multiple locations and develop action plans to address financial or sales challenges.
  • Create and implement a regional marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in quick-service restaurants.
  • Experience in multi-unit supervision is advantageous.
  • Availability to work a minimum of five days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and health regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Basic accounting and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining company standards for appearance and hygiene.
