PepWear, LLC is a prominent company specializing in event merchandising, offering a range of screen-printed and embroidered clothing, promotional items, and commemorative plaques to educational institutions, businesses, and non-profit organizations nationwide. We are currently in search of a meticulous Event Product Coordinator to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for the apparel sector, an eye for style, and a knack for analytical thinking. Proficiency in computer applications and effective project management skills are essential. This role is a full-time hourly position with benefits, reporting directly to the Product Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Product Oversight

  • Support the Product Manager in selecting seasonal product lines, including clothing, headwear, and accessories.
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to forecast demand.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to maintain optimal inventory levels and develop sales strategies that align with client needs.
  • Utilize sales data and cultural insights to inform product development each season.

Event Product Inventory Management

  • Work closely with the Product Manager, Warehouse Team, and E-Commerce Team for seasonal inventory reconciliation.
  • Track store inventory based on sales patterns and trends, generating production orders to replenish stock as necessary.
  • Participate in various projects and tasks as a collaborative team member.

Event Store Design

  • Assist in designing and planning popup store layouts and product assortments.
  • Ensure all materials are ready for each season to facilitate successful store setups.
  • Engage with PepReps to evaluate the effectiveness of product displays and store configurations to enhance sales.
  • Coordinate with the Event Manager to guarantee that product selections and inventory levels meet event sales objectives.

Event Team Support

  • Help with logistics such as booking rental vehicles and arranging additional personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management and development.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for spreadsheet creation.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities across departments to ensure timely project execution.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of QuickBase and Shopworks is a plus.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
