The Role

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Part-time Returns and Repackaging Specialist to join our warehouse team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on tasks, possess a strong attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repackage returned merchandise in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Assist with various work orders as directed by the Returns and Reprocessing Lead.
  • Perform quality inspections on repackaged products and work order outputs.
  • Support inventory management activities, including the scanning of returned items back into stock (based on proficiency level).
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as required.
Daily Tasks
  • Repackage returned items, ensuring they are in sellable condition.
  • Affix SKU labels to products.
  • Package graphic tees.
  • Conduct quality checks on bulk items.
  • Utilize a small heat press for label application.
  • Package jewelry items.
  • Scan returned items into inventory (depending on skill level).
  • Ensure accuracy in all assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or retail settings is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good manual dexterity for handling various products and packaging materials.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and capability to work independently when necessary.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
