As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in offering technical guidance and support for various outdoor lighting installations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for franchisees, focusing on installation methods, lighting design, electrical safety, and customer service excellence.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide continuous technical support to franchisees, helping with troubleshooting, product knowledge, and operational challenges related to outdoor lighting.
